An MVT tech will come and install your Total Wi-Fi router at no cost. After evaluating the layout of your home or office space and discussing your specific Wi-Fi needs, the tech will place the router for maximum performance.
We’re not happy unless you are. This means we don’t just install your router and hit the road. We stay and test it! We want you to have a great Wi-Fi experience in every room. We will test signal strength and if it's weak, our team is ready to install Wi-Fi extenders if desired.(1)
You have a support team on call all the time. If you have a problem with your Wi-Fi or need help connecting another device, call us and you’ll be put in touch with our support team. If something requires an MVT tech to visit your home, we will do that at no additional cost (value of $75 per visit).
