The sender is using BCC or Blind Carbon Copy. This is a useful way of sending email to a list of people while keeping the addresses and identities of the other people on the list hidden. The mailer can set the "To" field to anything he or she wishes, and then put other addresses in the BCC. If you get an email addressed to someone else, your address is one of the many others in the Blind Carbon Copy--which you can't see (hence the "blind"). Many spammers use BCC for illegitimate purposes.
With your MVT email service, you have the ability to restrict logins to your email account based upon the country you are in. What this means is that if you block logins from Pakistan and then you visit Pakistan, you won't be able to retrieve or send any MVT hosted emails. It also means that a Pakistani hacker won't be able to access your account either. What it doesn't do is to restrict emails based solely on the country from which they originate.
