How do I register for online bill pay?

With MVT's online bill payment system you can view your monthly bills, make one-time payments, or setup automatic recurring payments. If you've never used the system before, you will need to register. Watch the video to find out how.

To register, you will need:

  1. Your 10-digit account number
  2. Your temporary security code

Your account number and security code are found on the bottom of the first page of your monthly bill. To create your security code you will need to add the numbers "144" to the last four numbers of the main number on your account. The main number on your account is listed right below the due date. So, if your main number is INT0000531, your security code would be 1440531. If your main number was 702-397-2601, your security code would be 1442601.

Once you have your account number and security code, do the following:

  1. Click "Online Bill Pay" on the top right of the screen
  2. Click "Continue"
  3. Click "Register Now"
  4. Enter your 10 digit account number and security code
  5. Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions and click "Continue"
  6. Complete all the fields and click "Submit"

You are now registered to use online bill pay. You can now login using either your account number or user name and the password you created. Make sure to store your username and password in a safe place.



How do I pay my bill online?

Once you've registered for MVT's online bill payment system, you can pay your bill online. Watch the video below to learn how.

To make a one-time payment online, do the following:

  1. Click "Online Bill Pay" on the top right of the screen
  2. Click "Continue"
  3. Enter your username (or account number) and password
  4. Click "Login"
  5. Click "Make a Payment"
  6. If you haven't already added a payment method, click "Add Payment Method"
  7. If you've already added a payment method, select the desired payment method
  8. Enter the amount you would like to pay and choose a payment date
  9. Click "Authorize Payment"
  10. Review the information for accuracy
  11. Click "Authorize Payment"



How do I setup automatic payments?

Once you've registered for MVT's online bill payment system, you can setup automatic bill pay, so every month your bill is paid on time without you having to remember it. Payments are due by the 10th, so we recommend a payment date sometime between the 1st and 10th.

  1. Click "Online Bill Pay" on the top right of the screen
  2. Click "Continue"
  3. Enter your username (or account number) and password
  4. Click "Login"
  5. Click "Setup Recurring Payments"
  6. If you haven't already added a payment method, click "Add Payment Method"
  7. If you've already added a payment method, select the desired payment method
  8. Enter the day you want the payments to come out of your account
  9. Click "Start Recurring Payments"

Going forward, your payment will be made automatically on your specified day. To turn off automatic recurring payments, click "Edit Recurring Payments" and then "Stop Recurring Payments."
